There has been claims that some entities not associated with us are purporting to be issuing membership certificates on behalf of association of hotel professionals and are asking interested persons to pay for the said certificates into some personal Mpesa telephone accounts.

We wish to alert members of the public that we do not sell membership certificates as ours are only issued to vetted and approved members. New members are issued with bank details through which to remit the registration fees.

Communications are either made by the secretary or the undersigned.

We advise those contacted by other persons to report the matter to the Police as that is a fraud.

It is registered under the Societies Act, with the aim to lobby and secure its members rightful place and offer a voice for professionals who are both active in service, retired or in consultancy with an extension to reach out and consider individuals from institutions of higher learning preparing undergraduates to join the industry.
