- Name and address of every member shall be entered in the register.
- Rights and privileges shall not be transferable or transmissible
- Privileges will only be as specified for each individual criterion of membership
- Any person who qualifies shall be elect as Honorary, Fellow or Student
- A three year Diploma from a reputable college and should demonstrate having had an acceptable career in the industry, shall be eligible for membership
- Any member may be expelled from the membership if the executive committee so recommends.
- Any person who resigns or is removed from membership shall not be entitled to a refund of his subscription
- Non payment of subscriptions for more than six months shall automatically lead to expulsion

We are a professional body with membership is drawn from key individuals in the Hotel industry. It is registered under the Societies Act, with the aim to lobby and secure its members rightful place and offer a voice for professionals who are both active in service, retired or in consultancy with an extension to reach out and consider individuals from institutions of higher learning preparing undergraduates to join the industry.
